Really, Brooklyn?

Two observances today:

1) I was walking down the street and saw a missing child poster stapled to a tree. There was a little 7 year old girls face with the headline "MISSING CHILD. REWARD: $500.00" Really, Brooklyn? Really? I then had to call my mom and ask what my price would be. I sure damn hope it wouldn't be 500 bucks.

2) The setting: The Cocoa Bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn. A dad and his 5 year old son walk into the cafe.
Father: What do you want, Henry?
Henry (5 years old): Umm, I think I want a small decaf cappuccino.
Father: Okay.
Henry (again, 5 years old): Actually, make that an iced decaf cappuccino.

Really, Brooklyn? REALLY?!
